About this speaker
As a coach I work with women 40+ in life, work and health transitions. As an antiracist educator and facilitator, and mindfulness guide, I help individuals and organizations find the courage to create equitable cultures where everyone belongs. I also coach leaders/managers to be authentic allies. Waking up is not a linear process. It's not about checking boxes. There's no one right way but there are practices, models and frameworks for becoming an authentic ally and understanding your unique work in the world.
