About this speaker
After an international career as a banking executive, Sergio is now determined to increase the ethnic diversity across the senior corporate layers. Together with 50+ mentors coming from ethnic minority backgrounds themselves, Sergio co-founded the Roots Inspire platform to accelerate ethnically diverse talent into senior corporate positions.
