Amarachi Adannaya Igboegwu is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategist and an international facilitator. She is part of the DEI Project Team she co-founded at the Norwegian Refugee Council to guide a DEI baseline study at NRC. This initiative has led NRC to embrace DEI and is currently charting a course for its implementation.
