Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is about seeing value in each other. What I do every day is share the value of my candidates with my clients. But with candidates at 50+ the response can be that other candidates are chosen, although age isn't given as the reason. The World Economic Forum says we are facing a reskilling emergency, we need to reskill more than 1 billion people before 2030. Here's how we can defy Ageism.

The World Economic Forum also declared a reskilling emergency as 133 million new jobs could be created by 2022. They further report that 42% of the core skills required for most jobs are going to change by 2022 AND The Forum’s Future of Jobs report pointed to the double disruption of automation and pandemic, with 85 million jobs displaced by 2025. But among those set to remain, 50% will need reskilling by 2025. People as well as Companies must futureproof themselves.
