Our Individual Uniqueness is our Super Power
A Talk by Tebogo R. Mazibuko (she/her/hers) (Sees diversity as a fact, life long learner & with a multi layered life experience, Individual)
About this Talk
This time of the increasing awareness of D&I offers every single one of us to assess what makes us individually unique (unfortunately, these tend to constitute the grounds, on which we were made fun of, discriminated and/ or humiliated): precisely these traits are very likely to constitute what the market place, societies, politics need for sustainable development; growth. Let us dare to crack open our masks.
Session Takeaways
- Diversity is a reality and fact in this day and age - & has actually been as such for centuries.
- Everyone has unique stories that we should encourage to share with one another - rather ask questions than assume.
- Openness to persons who have different stories than the own enriches & expands.
