About this speaker
Ryker Knapp (He/Him/His) is a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist based out of Arizona. He also serves as the current Co-Chair for iPride America (Indeeds LGBTQ+ employee resource group).
As Regional Co-Chair, Ryker works to continue the upward movement of iPride through educating the importance of psychological safety for LGBTQ+ employees, in order to drive an authentic sense of belonging!
