I am highly motivated and dedicated to creating more resilient workforces, sharing effective strategies to thrive. Ten years ago, at the age of 55, I started my company, proving there is a great life to live after 50! My goal is to continue to actively contribute to the world as a senior change agent, offering the wisdom, knowledge and experience which can only come with age.
