Olivia is a proud neurodiverse, queer, intersectional woman based in London. She has worked in DEI for Indeed for almost four years leading the iPride Inclusion Group. Her eyes are set on bringing more inclusivity to the recruitment space and increasing education around non-binary and trans rights. Her work focuses on both the challenges and benefits presented to the LGBTQ+ community in the tech world.
